Host 2021
Summer is coming to an end in the northern hemisphere, and we are entering the final stretch of the year, which appears to be packed with events where, we hope, we'll be able to meet you face to face.
The highlight event of this autumn is the Host fair, which takes place in Milan from October 13th to 17th. Host is the premier European trade fair in the sector and one of the main global events in the catering calendar. Here, you'll have the opportunity to see and experience our entire range of products as well as all our latest innovations. We look forward to seeing you at Pavilion 1, booth E23F24.
In addition to Host, we will be participating in various other exciting events in San Sebastian, Nantes, and London.
The first of these gatherings takes place in London from October 2nd to 4th. The Restaurant Show showcases the finest products, services, and innovations in the market. Exhibitors at the fair cover the entire spectrum of hospitality, from food and beverages to ingredients, technology, and furniture. In our case, we will be presenting some of our flagship products: combi cutter-cutters, vacuum sealers, and XM grinders. Want to learn more? You can find us at booth UL20.
In San Sebastian, from October 9th to 11th, the San Sebastián Gastronomika culinary congress takes place. The 25th anniversary of this event will have the theme "The Future of History," with a special focus on the kitchens of the United States and Japan. We will be sharing a booth with Janby Digital Kitchen, and in addition, we will be hosting a workshop on "Digitization in the Best Grill in Gipuzkoa," led by our corporate chef, Enrique Fleischmann.
And finally, between October 22nd and 25th, we will be at the Serbotel, in Nantes. Organized every two years since 1985 by Exponantes, the Serbotel exhibition has become a must-attend event for professionals in the food, bakery-pastry, hospitality, and restaurant trades.
