Collaboration with Harvard University

We have the honor to announce that we are collaborating with Harvard University in the series of lectures linking science and cooking. This popular series, which this year highlights bold flavors that break boundaries, pairs Harvard professors with chefs and food experts from around the world to showcase the science behind different culinary techniques.

This 11th edition of "Science and Cooking" organized by Harvard John A. Paulson School of Engineering and Applied Sciences (SEAS) will start today with Dave Arnold as speaker. From today until November 9, every Monday, a famous chef will give a free online lecture open to the public on the Zoom platform. The speakers, in addition to Dave Arnold, will include Joanne Chang '91, Andoni Aduriz, Nina Compton, Lois Ellen Frank, José Andrés, Marike van Beurden and Garima Arora.
