At Sammic, we are expanding our catalogue of professional kitchen solutions with a new addition: the CombiSteam HX ovens. A versatile and well-equipped range designed to adapt to different work environments, from compact spaces like food trucks to high-output kitchens such as school canteens or hospital catering services.
CombiSteam ovens allow you to cook with convection, steam or in combi mode, offering precise control over time, temperature, humidity, and ventilation. You can cook using fixed time or core probe, depending on the requirements of each preparation. Thanks to the 10” touchscreen and an intuitive interface available in multiple languages, you can easily configure manual, programmed, or automatic cooking cycles.


Each programme can include up to 10 phases and store up to 999 customised recipes, which you can save with a cover image thanks to the Click & Share function. The system includes a preloaded recipe book, CSRecipes, and the MyCookBook tool, allowing you to organise your recipes into folders.
CombiSteam allows you to roast, gratinate, brown, dehydrate, ferment and steam cook with maximum simplicity and precision. It also features special cycles such as Delta T, Time’s Up, Cook & Go, rapid cooling and automatic holding, expanding your working options and facilitating standardisation.

All this in a robust oven featuring instant steam generation (CS Steam), a forced humidity extraction system (FCS), CSClean self-cleaning, Wi-Fi connectivity and a design that allows for quick and easy maintenance.
