How to vacuum pack in glass jars, on video

Did you know that with Sammic's vacuum packing machines you can pack food in glass jars? In this video, discover the process for preserving and/or flavouring different products in glass jars with a plastic grip or a gasket.
With both Sensor vacuum packing machines and Sensor Ultra vacuum packing machines packing food in glass jars is very easy. To do it, follow these steps:
- Put the product into the jar and attach the lid without closing it tightly.
- Put the jar or jars into the vacuum packer chamber.
- Remove the seal.
- Perform the vacuum.
It's as easy as that!
