Meatballs in sauce recipe

These meatballs in sauce, created by Fleischmann's Cooking Group, are a classic recipe designed to achieve a smooth, juicy mixture that is easy to work with.
In this recipe, you will learn how to prepare the meatball mixture using the cutter-mixer & emulsifier, shape uniform portions and fry them before serving them with sauce.
Ingredients:
- 500 g beef
- 250 g pork
- 40 g peeled garlic
- 60 g fresh parsley
- 15 g white pepper
- 12 g salt
- 50 g egg
- 3 g nutmeg
- 120 g flour
- 100 g chopped spring onion
- 80 g day-old bread
- 100 g milk
- 700 g sauce
Preparation:

1. Soak the day-old bread in the 100 g of milk.
2. Place the beef, pork, garlic, parsley, white pepper, salt, nutmeg and spring onion in the cutter-mixer & emulsifier bowl. Process for 1 minute at speed 9 until all the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
3. Add the egg, flour and bread previously soaked in the milk. Process again for 1 minute at speed 9 until you achieve the desired texture for the meatballs.
4. Divide the mixture into 50 g portions.
5. Fry the meatballs until they are fully cooked and golden brown on the outside.
6. Serve the meatballs hot with the sauce.
