Mexican charred salsa with the XM blender
Our corporate chef Enrique Fleischmann and his team have crafted this delicious recipe for charred Mexican salsa, prepared using Sammic's XM blender. Thanks to this powerful hand blender, you can achieve the perfect texture quickly and effortlessly. Here’s the step-by-step recipe to add this tasty salsa to your own preparations!
Ingredients

500 g tomatoes

30 g garlic

150 g peeled onion

6 g árbol chile (rehydrated)

40 g olive oil

40 g apple cider vinegar
Preparation
Char the tomatoes, garlic, onion, and árbol chile on a high-heat grill until well browned to enhance their flavour and colour.


Place all the charred vegetables into the XM blender’s bowl, and add the olive oil and apple cider vinegar.


Blend for 3 minutes at speed 10 until you achieve a smooth, velvety salsa.


Set the salsa aside, ready to serve.
