MO-1817S microwave: standardised and uniform results with Scan & Go

With 1800 W of power and a fixed ceramic base of 17 litres, it incorporates a barcode scanner that starts the user-defined cooking programme instantly. Simply scan the product: the microwave recognises the code, loads the corresponding programme and cooks automatically.

Where is the MO-1817S microwave especially useful?

Scan & Go makes a real difference in environments where time, repeatability and ease of use are essential. It’s ideal for:

  • Venues such as petrol stations with vending areas, where users scan the product purchased from a vending machine and the microwave does the rest, with no margin for error.
  • Hospitals, offices, universities, airports and other self-service spaces, where ready meals need to be heated accurately and very easily.
  • Bars and cafés offering ready-to-serve preparations, such as pintxos or tapas, seeking consistent results regardless of who’s preparing them.

Ultimately, it’s perfect for locations with rotating staff, limited time, or no specific training, where consistent professional results are required.

How does it work?

Each product is linked to a barcode. When scanned, the microwave accesses the stored cooking programme (via USB or QR), and by simply closing the door or pressing START (depending on the setup), the cooking process begins automatically. This guarantees uniform, repeatable and controlled heating, with operational safety, time savings and error reduction.

In addition, if you prefer to work without the scanner, beyond manual operation, the microwave allows cooking programmes to be assigned directly to the numeric keys on the panel, from 0 to 9, for quick and easy use.
