Recipe: Coffee mousse

If you fancy making a quick, light dessert full of flavour, you’re going to love this coffee mousse.
In this post, you’ll discover a simple recipe, ideal for serving in a glass or dessert cup, with an airy texture and an elegant finish that is perfect for any service.
Ingredients:
- 400 g instant coffee
- 500 g cream
- 70 g sugar
- Cocoa powder for decoration
Preparation:

1. Place the instant coffee, cream and sugar in the cutter-emulsifier fitted with the smooth blade.
2. Whip the mixture for 4 to 5 minutes at speed 3, until you obtain a firm, airy texture.
3. Transfer the coffee mousse to a piping bag.
4. Pipe the coffee mousse into glass containers.
5. Dust a little cocoa powder on top just before serving.
