Sammic at NRA Show 2013

One more year, Sammic USA has been present at one of the major events of the branch in th USA, NRA Show 2013. It took place in Chicago from 18th to 21st May 2013.

We took the opportunity to show, once again, the range Sammic equipment available in the USA, as awell as the major developments that will be incorporated in the short term.

Like in 2012,  we have counted on Marco Bahena, who has been our official chef in the event. Marco won a Sammic Scholarship in 2011 at worked at 3-Michelin-Star restaurant Martín Berasategui for 3 months. He is one of the semi-finalists of Young Guns 2013 contest, organised by  Eater National.

In the Show, we made interesting demos to the visitors, using vacuum packing machines, sous-vide cookers, commercial cutters-emusifiers.
