Shrimp cocktail recipe

Fresh, light and full of flavour, this shrimp cocktail combines seafood, vegetables, citrus and coriander in a simple and highly appetising preparation.
In this recipe from Fleischmann's Cooking Group, you'll discover how to achieve a uniform cut for the vegetables and prepare a well-balanced shrimp cocktail that's ready to serve.
Ingredients:
- 240 g vine tomatoes
- 80 g spring onion
- 140 g green pepper
- 200 g ketchup
- 60 g lemon juice
- 400 g peeled shrimp
- 40 g olive oil
- 100 ml mineral water
- 30 g fresh coriander
- 5 g salt
Preparation:

1. Put plenty of salted water in a saucepan and bring it to the boil. Cook the shrimp for 3 minutes.
2. Cool them and cut them into pieces about 2 cm in size.
3. Using the commercial vegetable preparation machine, cut the tomatoes, spring onion and green pepper using the Déli-cut.
4. Mix the ketchup, lemon juice, mineral water and olive oil in a bowl.
5. Add the chopped vegetables and mix well. Then add the shrimp, fresh coriander and salt. Mix gently until all the ingredients are combined.
6. Serve the shrimp cocktail well chilled.

Chef's notes
Make the most of the precision and practicality of the cut to achieve evenly sized vegetables, improving both the presentation and the final texture of the shrimp cocktail.
