The future of foodservice takes centre stage this October

In October we will take part in three different trade shows in three different countries, but with the same goal at all of them: to showcase our solutions and latest developments, and to connect with our users, customers and suppliers. We’ll be at San Sebastian Gastronomika (6–8 October), Host Milano (17–21 October), and Serbotel Nantes (19–22 October). among them, Host Milano stands out as the most important trade show in the sector in Europe and a key international meeting point. for Sammic, it’s a strategic event where we will present our latest innovations across all our product families.

We’ll be at Gastronomika together with Janby Digital Kitchen, showcasing our sous-vide solution, our combined dynamic preparation solutions, and the Emulsionizer PRO 1.0. in addition, our corporate chef Enrique Fleischmann will take part in the Bars and Tavern Owners Congress on Tuesday 7 October (12:45–13:15). in his talk “the 21st-century tavern” he will explain how technology, with solutions such as SmartVide XL and Janby Mini, can help streamline processes in taverns and bars while maintaining the essence of traditional cooking.

Host Milano is the major international showcase in the sector and the key event for Sammic. at this edition we’ll present our latest innovations across all our product families: food preparation, dishwashing, and sous-vide cooking and preservation. highlights include the new XMT hand blenders, innovations in onion cutting, new stick blenders, and dishwashers adapted for bottle washing. a unique opportunity to discover first-hand where the future of professional kitchen equipment is heading. we look forward to seeing you there!
