Chocolate ganache with the CKE emulsifier

A user asks if it is possible to make a chocolate ganache using the CKE food processor and emulsifier by Sammic. This is our chef's response.

Making a ganache using the Sammic food processor and emulsifier is not a problem. The only point that needs to be taken into account is the speed and the bowl capacity of our emulsifier.

It is best to work at a medium speed that allows you to see, through the transparent cover, how your ganache is progressing.

If what you want to do is soften a ganache that has already set, you can also use the Sammic food processor and emulsifier and thus incorporate a ganache that has hardened so it is once again ready to use.
