Peanut butter stuffed American cookies

Ingredients:
- 400 g flour
- 250 g butter
- 150 g sugar
- 125 g brown sugar
- 240 g chocolate chips
- 110 g egg (2 medium eggs)
- 5 g baking powder
- Salt to taste
- 100 g peanut butter
Preparation:

1. Soften the butter and mix with the sugar in the bowl of the cutter-emulsifier fitted with perforated blades, ideal for doughs.
2. Add the eggs one at a time, ensuring each is fully incorporated.
3. Add the flour, baking powder and salt, and mix at low speed.
4. Fold in the chocolate chips and mix briefly. Place the dough in a well-covered bowl and refrigerate for 2 hours.
5. Form 45 g balls, flatten them slightly and place a small amount of peanut butter in the centre.
6. Seal the balls carefully, ensuring the filling is completely enclosed.
7. Freeze the shaped balls.
8. Bake directly from frozen at 205 ºC for 12 minutes.
9. Allow to cool on a wire rack before serving.
