Recipe: Red Berry Smoothie

Ingredients:
- 200 g of red berries
- 100 g of banana
- 125 g of Greek yogurt
- 300 ml of milk
Preparation:

1. Add the red berries, banana, Greek yogurt and milk into the blending jar of the EmulsionizerPRO 1.0.
2. Fit the 2 mm disc.
3. Blend the mixture with the XM-12 hand blender until you achieve the desired texture.
4. Serve the red berry smoothie.
Chef’s notes
Use frozen fruit if you want a thicker smoothie.
Replace the milk with a plant-based alternative and add a natural sweetener if you want a vegan version.
