Strawberry gazpacho recipe with Emulsionizer PRO 1.0

In this special recipe from Fleischmann’s Cooking Group, we show you how to prepare a surprising strawberry gazpacho — a refreshing fusion, perfect for hot days. With the help of the Emulsionizer PRO 1.0 and the XM-12 hand blender, you'll achieve a perfect texture and irresistible flavour.

Ingredients:
- 300 ml water
- 400 g tomato
- 400 g strawberries
- 60 g green pepper
- 40 ml apple cider vinegar
- 30 ml olive oil
- 15 g feta cheese
Preparation:

1. Pour the water into the Emulsionizer fitted with the 0.3 mm disc.
2. Add the tomato, strawberries, green pepper, apple cider vinegar, and olive oil.
3. Blend using the XM-12 hand blender until you reach the desired texture.
* If all the ingredients don’t fit in the Emulsionizer at once, first blend the water with the tomato, green pepper, vinegar, and oil. Once the volume has reduced, add the strawberries and continue blending with the XM-12.
4. To plate, place a bit of feta cheese, a sliced strawberry, diced tomato, and thin strips of green pepper at the bottom of the dish.
5. Pour the strawberry gazpacho into the dish using a jug, just before serving.
