Tomato sauce pasta recipe with Emulsionizer PRO 1.0

Ingredients:
- 500 ml of hot water or vegetable stock
- 70 g of roasted garlic
- 200 g of roasted onion
- 330 g of roasted tomatoes
- 300 g of roasted red pepper
- 5 g of basil
- 300 g of cooked pasta
- 250 g of burrata
- olive oil
- salt
Preparation:
1. Roast the garlic and onion on a tray with a drizzle of olive oil and a pinch of salt until well browned.
2. Set up the Emulsionizer with the 2.0 mm disc.
3. Pour the hot stock into the Emulsionizer jug.
4. Add the roasted ingredients: the garlic, onion, tomatoes and red pepper.
5. Add the fresh basil.
6. Blend everything using the XM-12 blender until you achieve a smooth and creamy texture.
7. Cook the pasta until al dente and drain thoroughly.
8. Serve the pasta hot and top it generously with the tomato sauce.
9. Place the burrata on top and finish with a drizzle of extra virgin olive oil.
