Our news vegetable preparation machines CA-301VV and CA-401VV (variable speed) are already available on request. They have a variable speed motor block with 5 positions and a detachable hopper, which makes cleaning very easy. They have been designed to get the perfect cut, while maintaining quality, productivity and ergonomics.
Manufactured with electronic, user-friendly control board with 5 speeds which allows the motor to reach speeds of 1000 rpm, increasing the rotation of the disc and thus, the fine production. Their ergonomic design allows the product to be cut in just one movement and the large range of high quality discs and grids allow the operator to obtain over 70 different styles of products.
Simple removable lever and lid for cleaning purporses.
They are stainless steel in construction with the highest quality material, all suitable for contact with food. And also a NSF-International certified appliance.
